At your departure, we only ask that you gather any linens or towels that you have rented and place them in the provided bag. No need to wash, we’ll take care of that for you!

2. Rental Process

How does the linen rental process work?

Renting linens from "Let's Make Beds" is a breeze! Follow these simple steps:

Select your Items: Begin by selecting the bed size for which you need linens and bedmaking services. We offer options for king, queen, double, and twin beds. Apart from bed linens, you can also add towel sets to your cart. We offer sets that range from 6-14 towels. Additionally, we have bathmats available for rental.
Checkout: After adding all desired items to your cart, proceed to the checkout page. Here, you'll be prompted to enter essential details such as the delivery address and the rental dates.
Arrival Day: On the day of your arrival, our teams are sent out to deliver your items. We will ensure your beds are made using the rented linens if you've opted for our bedmaking service.
Departure Day: On your departure day, it's a hassle-free process! Simply place all rented linens and towels into the bag we provide. Leave the bag outside your door, and we'll take care of the pick-up.

Delivery and Pickup

Delivery takes place from 10:00am – 4:00pm on the day of check-in. You do not need to be present at the time of delivery. Please make sure we have access to your rental. If the rental unit is inaccessible, linen/towel package will be left outside of door. We do not offer in-store pickup.

Standard Delivery Fee: $25.00
Same-Day Delivery Fee: $40.00 *We do not accept same-day orders after 5:00pm

Pickups begin at 10:00am on the day of check-out. You do not need to be present at the time of pickup. Please have all linens and towels stored in bags provided and place outside the front door by 10:00am.

3. Bedmaking Service

How does the bedmaking service work?

Our bedmaking service fees are already included in the price at checkout when you rent linens, so there are no hidden or extra charges. The price you see is the price you pay. We strive to provide the best service, but we do have some exclusions.

**We do not make beds for furniture bedding such as sleep sofas, futons, daybeds, trundles, etc. If you need sheets for these pieces of furniture, kindly refer to our "Furniture Bedding" tab. For those who rent sheets for furniture bedding, please note that these sheets do not have an added bedmaking service fee. Instead, these sheets are individually bagged, ready for you to use as needed.

4. Pricing and Payment

How is the Rental Pricing determined?

At "Let's Make Beds", our rental pricing is tailored to fit your needs. Costs are determined by the size of the bed, the quantity of towels, and furniture bedding you require. Our standard rates cover 1-10 day rentals. For stays extending beyond 10 days, a second linen package order is necessary for your subsequent week. We're here to ensure your comfort, every night.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods to cater to your preferences. We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. For a quick and secure transaction, you can pay through our website using payment gateways like Apple Pay and Google Pay.

5. Cancellation and Modifications

How can I modify or cancel my order?

Reach out to us as soon as possible. Orders can be modified or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. You can email us at help@letsmakebeds.com for further assistance.

Is there a cancellation fee?

Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in no refund. Cancellations made within 3 days will result in a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 14 days will result in a full refund.

What if I need additional linens or services after placing my initial order?

We understand that your needs might change after placing your initial order, and we're here to accommodate those changes seamlessly. If you find that you need additional linens or services, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We recommend making any additional requests as soon as possible to ensure availability and prompt delivery. Our team will do everything possible to fulfill your new requirements swiftly and efficiently, ensuring your comfort and satisfaction remain our top priority.

My friends and I recently spent a week at the Pyramid condos in Ocean City MD. In our package we rented your linen package for less hassle to us in bringing our own. Upon arrival at our condo we were pleasantly surprised to see that not only had our linens been left for us, but also that our beds were made and ready for use. I can't tell you how much that service meant to 4 senior women that had just spent 5 hours traveling to our destination. It was very appreciated to say the least. I am writing to give feedback on your service. I liked that the bed was made and the sheets were different colors for the different beds. The sheets were decent quality, but I feel the towels could be better. They were small and thin and not the best quality. I was happy to see we got a lot of them though. I would use your service again, but please consider upgrading the quality of the towels.

Just wanted to let you know that I was happily surprised to find all the beds were made!! That is a great addition to the linen service. However one of the towels we were provided had makeup on it and had to be washed by us today. Must be a stain; it didn't come out. I really appreciated having been given a few extra washcloths and towels that will be very helpful when we have full occupancy later in the week. Anyhow, thanks again for making the beds! I hate that chore. ☺️
